There was previously a 'legal access to property' issue, presented to me by prospective buyer/s, although it was dismissed by Kingborough council, during 2 discussions, by my self and previous land 's owner/ sub divider. .. but still;...
PropertyServices@parks.tas.gov.au says; a license is needed to to cross crown land, to gain a 'legal point of access' [ see the map among the album pics, showing in yellow, a strip of land]
My conveyancer recently explained the remedy;...
"I suspect the fee should be between $280.55 and 308.55 for an access licence. Or if it’s a general licence cost could be up to $766.70 to give you a general idea. "
