We were a bit sceptical about this service initially, as it seemed to be a deal that’s too good to be true. I have nine rental properties that require me to advertise for new tenants from time to time. In the past I have used Gumtree and while that has been relatively successful I have found it caters for generally for a younger audience. I have had my own rental portfolio for over 30 years. For the past few years I have stopped using newspaper advertisements and changed to Gumtree and got good results.

My husband and I have been in the business of selling our own homes and providing a Consultancy for clients selling their own homes for years.
