Need A Conveyancer to Handle Settlement? Purchase direct with LawLab

* Once you have purchased your contract package with Minus The Agent and have found a buyer the next stage is known as the settlement stage and is where you will need a conveyancer. The Sale Conveyancing Package includes all the relevant documents required to “settle” your property including transferring the title of the property from seller to buyer and the disbursement of funds. This is a separate process from the initial contract and requires an additional fee which is usually paid out from the settlement funds.
